We have a highly proactive centralised customer services cell responsible for maintaining and tracking consignments. Further since our branches are totally computerised, all the proof of deliveries (POD) are monitored and tracked by a specialised 'Delivery Status Cell' which can render immediate feedback on the status of consignments. 

Our branches are linked by the most advanced communication systems. Our bar-coded consignments, tracking, computerised systems and the technology that we use is designed to enhance the reliability of our operations and process efficiency and add value to the customer through time and cost savings.

Customs and Regulatory Expertise:

At PAFEX, we have a dedicated team of specialists who provide the expertise for customs as well as regulatory clearances to support seamless service to the customer.

All International consignments are routed through the FedEx international network where the highest level of service quality is maintained in all the 211 countries that FedEx operates in.

The range of services that we provide makes us a one stop shop for diversified segments of clients ranging from individual users to multinational companies, banks, public and private sector companies. In an effort to meet the Domestic and International transportation needs of our clients, we accept freight of virtually any weight or size and use all three modes of transportation, i.e. air, road & sea according to our clients requirements, thus eliminating the need for them to search for different carriers.

 
Flexibility in Operations:

PAFEX offers flexible options to its clients by providing centralised / decentralised billing, departmentalised billing, late pick-ups, reverse pick-ups facility and providing hard copy POD(Proof of Delivery) on request.

 
Value Added Products and Services:

Facilities available to PAFEX customers in India are TO-PAY (Collection of the freight amount from the consignee at the destination) and COD (Collection of the value of the shipment from the consignee on delivery of the shipment). We have specially designed services for banks such as cash management and L.C. services.

PAFEX, through it's association with FedEx, also offers various value added international services such as movement of Cut Flowers, Dangerous Goods, Gems & Jewellery and Broker Selection Option.

PAFEX offers both the FedEx® 10 Kg Box and FedEx® 25 Kg Box which have the advantages of convenience, safety, ease of use and value for money.
