STRATEGIC BUSINESS ASSOCIATES (SBA) :

REQUIREMENTS :

The location of the SBA's office should be on the main road and situated on the ground floor. There should be a minimum of 250 square feet of office space preferably in a commercial location
The SBA should have a sound financial background in order to meet the requirements of the business
The SBA office should be equipped with telecommunication facilities, preferably with computer, Email, Fax etc.
Should have required number of trained staff to manage the daily requirments of the business
The SBA should pay nominal deposit which is fully refundable

INVESTMENT AND OTHER DETAILS :

On approval of the application (sent by the prospective SBA), the franchisee has to furnish an initial deposit and advance payment for issue of Consignment notes. Deposit is refundable on lapse of agreement or with due notices from either side and does not carry any interest during the tenure of agreement.

REGIONAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (RBA) :

For all positions, computer literacy is a must.

HUB AND BRANCH OPERATIONS

We have periodic requirements for HUB and Branch Operations staff at Head office, Regional Offices and Branches of our network.

For Operations function the different levels are:

Operation Assistants
Operation Supervisors
Operation Executives
Assistant Operation Managers
Operation Managers

For Operation Assistants, the applicant needs to have passed 12^th (HSC). For higher levels in the hierarchy, he should be a graduate with experience and skills in the same or similar industry.

For HUB operations, applicant must be ready to work on any shift allotted to them, even on rotation basis.

SALES AND MARKETING

For this fuction, we require candidates who are graduates with minimum 2/3 years experience in direct sales to Corporate customers in the same or similar fields.

The category in the sales hierarchy are Sales Executives, Sr. Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Area Mangers, Assistant Regional Sales Manages and Regional Sales Managers.

For higher positions the requirement is for post graduate or diploma degree / in Marketing with increased level of experience in direct selling at corporate levels. Superior communication and customer interaction, leadership team management skills are a must for all positions in Sales and Marketing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Applicants must be graduates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi with 2/3 years experience in Customer Service or Tele Marketing in service industry.

For higher positions is customer Service , you need to have more experience with managerial skills for leading team of customer service executives.

EDP DEPARTMENT

The positions are available are Data Entry Operators (DEO) for which qualifications will be minimum of 12^th (HSC) with good speed with alpha numeric entries.

For higher levels as EDP executives or managers,the applicant should have qualifications for programming, hardware and networking management with revelant experience.
